BOEMIO is an impressive Lusitano stallion standing at 167 cm and approved for breeding in APSL with an impressive 76 points. His characteristic profile, massive presence and extraordinary bloodlines are proof of the quality and careful selection that is behind his pedigree. His mother has an impressive 17 offspring whereof none has been score lover than 70 points and several above 75. 

Although he has never competed he is trained beyond Grand Prix level, and has served as Schoolmaster and teacher to many riders, showing his extreme rideability and desire to please and help his rider. With a kind and loving spirit he is a true heartbreaker to anyone that sees his stunning appearance and meet his generous soul. 

With several APSL recommended ancestors he also brings some of the older and pure bloodlines from the Veiga Stud. In addition to his great conformation, his ancestors have a proven record winning them the desired Recommendations from APSL for performance or breeding quality.

His impressive size is passed to hos offspring who are typical, elastic and correct movers, intelligent and with dimensions to fit even the larger riders. He is negative to hypermobility in joints.

Currently the highest scored Lusitano stallion standing at stud in Scandinavia, and one to watch for offspring with quality gaits, character and typical conformation. 

For cross-breed breeding he is a horse to notice for his expressive gaits and high degree of ease in the collected work such as piaffe, one of the most important characteristics for the Lusitano to bring to the Warmbloods.

Payment

The full amount is to be payed upfront when ordering the semen. In the stud fee is included the first collection of semen. Should the mare not get pregnant at first try, the stud fee also include another four tries for the same mare within the same year, and one in the following year, pending veterinary documentation of unsuccessful insemination. Veterinary expenses for second and following collections are not included. Collection fee for following collections are 80€ pr. collection plus cost of shipping if applicable.

Please note: It is the duty of the owner of the mare to inform Ribatejo Lusitanos if the mare is not in foal. It is not allowed to use semen ordered for one mare for another, without written permission from Ribatejo Lusitanos.

Stabeling price for mares to be inseminated per day: 15,00€.
