XADREZ is a true pearl. Breed-typical 160 cm of beautiful Palomino stallion out of supreme bloodlines. This is a stallion with some of the most significant Lusitanos in his blood, and his magnificient presence is as magical as his character.

This stallion already has more than 50 offspring registered with APSL and transmitting his fantastic character, ease in collection and incredibly polite manners. He has a high level of rideability and has also proven himself a clever and trustworthy Schoolmaster.

He is a horse that leads without rope and respects mere voice commands. His training level in the saddle is Grand Prix, and he is as trustworthy as they come.

Having proven himself a great horse, he is advisedly used on mares with a strong back and hindquarters, as it is his weaker point when bred to mares who are not. He is negative to joint hypermobility.

As fabulous a partner as he is, and with such truthful characteristics to the breed, he is also a stallion we offer extra guidance when it comes to selection of mares, simply to recognize that he will only produce super foals with more specific mares. Payment

The full amount is to be payed upfront when ordering the semen. In the stud fee is included the first collection of semen. Should the mare not get pregnant at first try, the stud fee also include another four tries for the same mare within the same year, and one in the following year, pending veterinary dokumentation of unsuccessful insemination. Veterinary expenses for second and following collections are not included. Collection fee for following collections are 80€ pr. collection plus cost of shipping if applicable.

Please note: It is the duty of the owner of the mare to inform Ribatejo Lusitanos if the mare is not in foal. It is not allowed to use semen ordered for one mare for another, without written permission from Ribatejo Lusitanos.

Stabeling price for mares to be inseminated per day: 15,00€.
